Hopae and TCC Partner to Bring Global eID Verification to Saudi Arabia
Signed in Riyadh, the agreement gives government entities and enterprises in the Kingdom access to 70+ government-issued digital identities worldwide through Hopae Connect, delivered by TCC.
RIYADH, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and LUXEMBOURG — 31 August 2026 — Hopae, the global digital identity infrastructure company headquartered in Luxembourg, and Technology Control Company (“TCC”), a leading Saudi technology solutions provider specializing in identity management and secure digital solutions, today signed a partnership agreement at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh to accelerate the adoption of global electronic identities (eIDs) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement was signed at the TCC pavilion during the Kingdom’s flagship technology event.
Under the agreement, TCC will bring Hopae Connect — Hopae’s global eID verification hub, which connects 70+ government-issued eIDs and digital identity wallets through a single, compliant API — to government entities and enterprises across the Kingdom. Organizations in Saudi Arabia will be able to verify individuals with the trusted digital identity of their home country, replacing document-based checks with verified, government-recognized credentials.
Saudi Arabia today draws people from every part of the world — for business, work, tourism and pilgrimage. Digital identity is the foundation on which every service extended to them is built. The partnership positions the Kingdom to verify and accept the digital identities of the world, while its own national identity infrastructure remains fully sovereign.
The partnership also includes joint training and solution workshops, the co-development of use cases tailored to the Saudi market, and a clear path to bring the resulting solutions to market through TCC’s customer network.
