This joint session brings together Hopae KISA and Samsung to showcase how Korea is building a digital identity ecosystem at scale.
As part of the session, Hopae will present:
Presentation of COOV, the privacy-preserving decentralized wallet adopted by the Korean government, which supported over 43 million users during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A 5-minute keynote introducing hDCX — a developer-first wallet infrastructure designed to simplify compliance and speed up deployment.
